It’s interesting how things change in the matter of twelve months. This time last year, I had this exact same quote set as a title for a completely different post, that didn’t end up online. One year later, even though the title is the same, this article couldn’t be more different from my initial thought.
It’s June already and I think it’s safe to say this isn’t how any of us thought the first half of the year would go or that instead of going to the beach or having fun at festivals we would be fighting a global pandemic. But I just wanted this to be a reminder that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and even if you don’t get to spend your summer the way you wanted to, something good can still come out of this, so try to take this time to do something you’ve always wanted to, but never had time for 🙂
