Books at the top of my ‘ must haves ‘ list at the moment, go grab your current favourite and let’s chat.
Five Dark Fates by Kendare Blake
I’ve been hooked on the series for at least three years now and have been reading all of the books as soon as they came out. However, knowing that this was going to be the last one, I kept putting it off for the past few months, but finally, I got around to it.
I haven’t read much yet but I definitely recommend the ” Three Dark Crowns ” series in case you haven’t started it yet.
Ordeal by Innocence by Agatha Christie
Agatha Christie is an all year round favourite, but I find that I mostly associate murder novels with the warm season {probably because of the countless hours spent reading them}, so I had to kick off the holiday with one.
Overdressed: The Shockingly High Cost of Cheap Fashion by Elizabeth L. Cline
I don’t even want to think about how long I’ve had this book sitting around, but I finally got to it and I think it’s an amazing resource for anyone interested in the fashion industry’s impact on our planet. The book isn’t that long or hard to read, so even if you don’t necessary want to work in the industry, I definitely recommend it.
Let me know what you’ve been reading this season and if you have any recommendations, you can reach me in the comments, on Instagram, or on Goodreads for more bookish content {where you’ll be shocked to see how many books I juggle with at the same time}.
Until next time…
?kisses,
